[Pa-furry] Portage PA meet... Portagefest... Aug 12th

This event started with me and a friend of mine planning to meet up at
portagefest (e-mail me for more information) and quickly  morphed into
the basis of a minimeet.
Portagefest is a small town celebration in south western PA.
