I have open space in my apartment in Roxborough (Philadelphia area, near Manayunk) that I'm hoping to fill with another friendly fur. The apartment is spacious, comprising the basement and first floor of a duplex house, and it is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Amenities include in-house (free) laundry, a large and bright kitchen, a basement workshop, and a nice little backyard with grill.  Roxborough is a location that's convenient both for access to the city and to the northwest suburbs, with easy access to SEPTA bus routes and regional rail (R6) as well as ample on-street parking. Rent is around $500/month, depending on monthly utility usage. 

I'm a quiet and easy-going snow leopard who works full time in veterinary medicine. If you might be interested in rooming here, short-term or long, please contact me offlist.
