It's right there in the link, $1335 a month.

Luckily, it's Bethlehem near the college.  Unfortunately, thats also 
south side, and... near the college.

But if that's not perceived as a downside.

I'm renting for 410 a month.  And I can't picture any of the bedrooms 
being smaller then this place.
