Well, I might be able to.  I'm a techie working for a local distributor 
now, and I just had a deal come through from an intel promo.  $220 for 
an intel board, and a Q6600 quad core CPU, as well as a copy of vista, I 
think it was premium ed.  I have a code for it, but I dunno if anyone 
other than me can actually snag the thing.  I could get that, a 
reasonable case w/psu,  and I have a 7300GT at home here I could lend in 
for cheap (or I could set you up with an 8600GTS for just under $100 
from work).  I think I could handle a case for under $50, and ram 
definitely for under that.  would be pretty decent, and I wouldn't ask 
much to finish the build myself, unless you'd rather do it.  I'd say all 
told you'd be looking at 4-450 till it's said and done, on a system 
that'd prolly run you somewhere around 800+ retail.
