[Pa-furry] New Years Furry Ball Update

UPDATE:
PA New Years Furry Ball in Quakertown PA

Some furs called me about the Comfort Inn charging them a higher $117 for the rooms instead of the rate we negotiated for 107.99.  I just got off the phone with them and what happened is that we were given a 10% discount but recently they raised the rate for New Years eve and this caused the 10% discount price to rise.  The manager was very understanding the agreed to adjust all FURBALL reservations to the previous price of 107.99.  

So, if you're still reserving a room, mention FURBALL for this rate.  If you've already reserved under that name then you'll get the lower rate.  If you have reserved but didn't use the FURBALL name then please call back and make sure you're reservation is under that name.  The more rooms be have under our name the more leverage we'll have in the future on rates so please use the name FURBALL!

Volunteers needed:
We'll need fursons to help with some pretty simple stuff:
Anyone willing to help out for a few hours watching the gameroom or whatever will get our undying gratitude!

Items needed:
Long folding tables and maybe a plastic tabblecloth
Coolers to hold ice and drinks
Games (We have Apples to Apples, Cards, Munchkin, Risk already)
All the folding chairs we can get
There's a TV in the room so can anyone bring a video game to connect to it?

As far as lent items: We will do our best to keep an eye on stuff but we cannot afford to insure that nothing happens so use your best judgement in lending items.
