Have you tried putting something like this up on pounced.org?  It would be
seen by more people, mainly furries.  You can set it up to ask for friends,
lover, male or female, and more, if you were into that.  Most of the people
on pounced seem to be under 25, though there are a few older furs like me
there.  Just look at a few other people's personal profiles to get an idea
of how to start, then write something up that fits your own requirements.
The more you show of your own interests, the more likely it will be that
others will write back.  Some things you might want to include are your
smoker and drinking preferences and such, if any of that is important to
you.  Keep in mind that females seem to make up only about 10 to 30 percent
of online furries, depending on the site you are on.  So, I'd be cautious
of putting too much of a restriction in the age range.  You could easily
miss out on some otherwise great friends.

I've personally talked with many nice people on pounced, and some are
becoming good online friends, I'll likely be meeting a few of them in real
life at AC.  :)
